Ground beef and Cabbage pockets
I normally serve them as a starter or a cocktail. 🌷DEVINE🌷
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare your dough and set aside
* Step 2
Cook the filling: sauté onions till golden brown add all seasoning, stir for few minute add mince, stir till mince is slightly brown, add cabbage, carrot and green pepper. Once cooked, set aside.
* Step 3
Roll out your dough into small discs and scoop mince into the dough.
* Step 4
Fold the dough to form small pockets. Heat your oil and then start deep frying.
* Step 5
Once cooked, place it on the kitchen towel to drain all the cooking oil.
* Step 6
Serve it with a sauce of your choice as a cocktail or as a starter.
* Step 7
I had it with sweet chilli sauce hmmmm...Scrumptious🙌🙌🙌
