Chilli cheese fries
Get something that should be utter filth, but ridiculously healthy in you. This dish is perfect for anyone who loves decent food
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry your mince until brown and put in the slow cooker
* Step 2
Throw in every ingredient apart from potato and cheese and slow cook on low for 7 hours
* Step 3
An hour before the chilli is ready, cut your potato into fries and par boil in salted water for 4 minutes
* Step 4
Steam fry your fries and get them in the oven at 200c for 45 minutes turning regularly
* Step 5
Serve your fries with your slow cooked chilli and top with cheese, and freshly diced coriander for garnish
