Char Siu Chicken w/ Hong Kong Style Noodles
A Chinese inspired chicken with Hong Kong style noodles, great for any evening

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start by marinading your chicken in brown sugar, honey, ketchup, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, beetroot powder, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and Chinese 5 spice for at least 30 minutes
* Step 2
Fry chicken for 3 minutes each side in sesame oil until you’ve got a good colour and then get in the oven in tin foil at 180c for 20 minutes until cooked through
* Step 3
Boil your egg for 6 minutes and get in a bowl of ice cold water to stop further cooking
* Step 4
Char your spring onions in a pan for 2 minutes each side
* Step 5
Boil your noodles for 4 minutes and then get in a pan with dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, oyster sauce, water and fry for 5 minutes
* Step 6
Serve your chicken on your noodles, with egg, spring onion and garnish with chilli flakes and sesame seeds
