Spicy meatball rigatoni

Spicy meatball rigatoni

A classic Italian dish. Meatballs and pasta, you can never go wrong

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people

Cooking time :

40 minutes
1 tin

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix your beef and pork mince with oregano, chilli flakes, breadcrumbs and shape into golf sized balls

* Step 2

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200c

* Step 3

Get your sauce going by adding chopped tomatoes, water from the same tin of chopped tomatoes, and basil leaves and simmer for 20 minutes

* Step 4

Boil a pan of salted water and cook your rigatoni for 8 minutes

* Step 5

Add your cooked meatballs to your sauce and add your pasta and stir. Leave for 10 minutes

* Step 6

Serve everything with grated parmesan and freshly diced parsley
