Chocolate banana cake

Ingredient

300 g (1 1/2 cups)

sugar

210 g (1 3/4 cups)

self raising flour

65 g (2/3 cup)

cocoa powder

Pinch

salt

120 g (1/2 cup)

milk

120 g (1/2 cup)

veg oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all dry together in a bowl, then add all wet. Mix together with a spatula until all the dry is incorporated into the mixture

* Step 2

Oil the tin then dust with flour. Add the mixture and cook at 170oC for 1hr

Serve with a dusting of icing sugar
