Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add the mushrooms and garlic powder and heat until the mushrooms are cooked
* Step 3
Add tomatoes, tomato purée, paprika, 2 can water and simmer for 50min. When most of liquid has gone, take off the heat and add the rocket
* Step 4
To make the cheese sauce, mix the ricotta, Parmesan and egg together.
* Step 5
With a mandolin or peeler, slice the courgette length wise (~3mm) and put on kitchen towel to dry
* Step 6
To assemble, layer half mince, courgettes, cheese sauce. Repeat
* Step 7
Top with grated cheddar and cook for 40min at 180oC
