1/4 tsp

pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut cauliflower into quarters

Cut out the core, then divide into florets into a bowl

* Step 3

Add the oil, garlic, salt and pepper to the bowl and toss the florets in it

* Step 4

Spread out on a baking tray and cook for 20min at 220oC
