Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To make sugar syrup, stir the water and sugar together until the sugar has dissolved

* Step 2

Add the sugar syrup with the other ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well until there is a good foam

* Step 3

Add some ice and shake again

* Step 4

Pour into glass without the ice and serve with a few dashes of bitter
