Ingredient

220 g (1.5 cups)

plain flour

1 tsp

bi carb

0.5 tsp

salt

140 g (2/3 cups)

caster sugar

125 ml (1/2 cup)

vegetable oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients together

Mash the bananas then add then to the wet ingredients

* Step 3

Mix the wet ingredients to the dry

* Step 4

Add the chocolate drops

* Step 5

Put into a 2lb tin and cook at 150oC for 1 hour
