Chicken and mushroom creamy pasta
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Ina frying pan fry the mushrooms then set aside
* Step 3
In same frying pan, salt and pepper chicken then fry, then set aside
* Step 5
In the same frying pan, fry the rest of the vegetables with the knob of butter
* Step 6
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and return to the pan. Add brandy and flambeau. Add mushrooms, water, cream,thyme, chicken stock cube and Philadelphia. Simmer for 5min
