Brussels Sprouts in Soya Bean Paste

Try this three steps (Yes, you heard it!!!) vegan Thai recipe and turns this notorious veg to a sexy beast. Perfect as an alternative X’Mas side dish or bring the leftover back to live on boxing day!! Happy Cooking.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in the frying pan. Add Brussels Sprouts and gently stir for approx 5 minutes.

* Step 2

In goes the garlic, light brown sugar, and red chili. Then stir-fry for a further 3 minutes.

* Step 3

Put the Thai soya bean paste and fold all the ingredients together, cook for further 2 minutes and serve immediately.
