Supreme of Chicken with Italian Ham and Rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put a saucepan of pre-boiled water on high heat. Put the rice in the boiling water for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Spray a pan with Spray2Cook and put on medium / high heat - add the chicken, ham and onion.

* Step 3

Stir and cook the for 4 minute then add the stock. Heat through and simmer until the rice is almost cooked then stir through the crème fraiche and bring back to the boil.

* Step 4

Drain the rice and serve onto a warmed plate then add the chicken supreme.
