Pork in Basil

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice the pork into 8 mm / ⅓ inch slices.
* Step 2
Microwave the onion sprayed with Spray2Cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Microwave the pork in a lidded container with a little water for 5 minutes. Add the onions. Add the other ingredients other than the aspartame and cornstarch and microwave for 8 minutes.
* Step 4
Transfer to a pan at medium heat.
* Step 5
Blend the cornstarch with a little water (adding slowly) and then add the blended cornstarch to the pan as it just starts to bubble.
* Step 6
Allow it boil before turning down and stirring in the aspartame.
* Step 7
Simmer very gently (to avoid reduction) until ready to serve.
* Step 8
Season to taste with the pepper before serving.
* Step 9
Serve with Pommes Boulangère and 2 portions of vegetables of your choice.
