Egg White Omelet with Spinach and Mushroom

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk the eggs with the milk and pepper. Pre-heat a broiler / grill.

* Step 2

Spray a fry pan with Spray2Cook and place on the heat. When the Spray2Cook is bubbling put the vegetables other than the spinach into the pan and scatter the tomato over them.

* Step 3

Keep everything moving and cook for 2 minutes before adding the spinach for 1 minute. Spray the pan again trying to get as much as the base as possible covered then add the egg.

* Step 4

Stir quickly and well then feather the egg away from the edges of the pan before transferring to the broiler / grill.

* Step 5

Do not leave the pan on the hob for long as with only Spray2Cook - the egg will soon catch. When the egg has set remove the pan from the broiler / grill and serve.
