Teriyaki Beef Terrine
Here's a high protein dish that you can slot in as a lunch, a snack or even a course for a main meal. Whilst this is not low in calories (275 per portion) protein keeps you feeling fuller longer with less temptation to nibble on carb rich convenience food that surround us all.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the beef into small cubes about the size of broad beans. Spray a fry pan with Spray2Cook and place on medium / high heat. Fry off the beef until just brown all over.
* Step 2
Add the two vinegars, the soy sauce, the aspartame, the ginger and the garlic powder. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
* Step 3
Pour the mixture into a dish. Cover with cling film and refrigerate until the marinade is all but gone, usually overnight.
* Step 4
Process the meat into a smooth paste in a food processor. Mix the yoghurt in with the beef purée and divide the mixture between four ramekin dishes (about 10 x 6cm). Refrigerate until served.
* Step 5
Spray a fry pan with Spray2Cook and stir fry the pepper for 5 minutes. Serve the chilled terrine with the pepper to dip.
