Fragrant pork and mushroom stir fry

Ingredient

Soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry pork mince and then drain any excess fat

* Step 2

Cook rice. Whilst cooking zest lime and cut into wedges. Cut pak choi into slices widthways

* Step 3

Add slice mushrooms pak choi to pork mince

* Step 4

Stir fry until pak choi has softened and the mushrooms are brown. Add in ginger garlic and lemongrass puree

* Step 5

Add in ketjap manis Soy dance and sugar. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat after boiling. Squeeze in some lime juice.

* Step 6

Fluff up rice and stir zest in and serve with pork on top. Sprinkle with chilli falls.
