Lasagne - beef

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 190c or gas mark 5.
* Step 2
Fry onion and garlic for 5 mins add minced beef and cook until brown. Add mushrooms green pepper and cook for 5 mins. Stir in tomatoes puree and herbs. Simmer for 20 mins.
* Step 3
MMs the cheese sauce melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour to form a paste. Add milk gradually stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Simmer for 5 mins and add grated cheese.
* Step 4
Put lasgna together- place a layer of meat sauce on bottom of dish
Place lasagne sheets on top. Spread some cheese sauce. Continue to add layers until all used. Finish with cheese sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
* Step 5
Bake for 30 - 40 mins until golden brown. Serve
