Vegan hummus wrap

#healthy #vegetarian #vegan We've got a new gadget - spiralizer! It's such a great thing, you can spiralize your veggies and sneak them into meals without noticing. We tried different veggies and created this delicious wrap recipe. Hope you will enjoy it 😉

Ingredient

1 can

chickpeas

2 cloves

garlic

2 tbs

tahini

1-2 tbs

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender, blend everything for hummus until smooth. If needed, add 1-2 tbs of water.

* Step 2

If you have a spiralizer, you can spiralize vegetables to have them fancy or you can chop them in the classic way with knife.

* Step 3

Heat the tortillas for a few seconds, spread hummus on them equally and place chopped/spiralized vegetables on top.

Fold them into wraps and enjoy 😋
