Ingredient

vanilla sugar

100 ml

oil

250 g

flour

1 packet

baking powder

300 ml

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Separate egg yolks and whites. Mix egg yolks with powdered and vanilla sugar until smooth. Then add oil, water, flour and baking powder and mix well. In another bowl, whisk egg whites and make a stiff snow.

* Step 2

Add snow to the mixture and mix together. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

* Step 3

Meanwhile cook pudding. With a spoon, carefully add hot pudding into the mixture. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool.

* Step 4

While baking, prepare the cream. In one bowl, mix sour cream with vanilla sugar until smooth. In another bowl, mix milk with powdered whipped cream until foamy. Then mix it together.

* Step 5

Spread the cream on the top of the cooled cake. You can make a pattern with a fork if you want or sprinkle cocoa at the top of the cream. Let it stiffen in a fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Cut to pieces, serve and enjoy 😋 Or you can freeze it and serve at Christmas 🎄
