Champignons with vegetable filling

You can choose to use any vegetable but please use estragon green as it brings the key taste :)

Ingredient

Food ration :

15 medium

champignons

1 small

carrot

300 grams

broccoli

2 tbsp

lemon juice

10 tbsp

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First make the sauce with oil, lemon juice and salt.

* Step 2

Then cut broccoli and marrow not into small pieces, so that you can put them on a grid into oven.

* Step 3

After cutting, put them into the sauce and make sure all the parts are covered with the wonderful sauce. Put a bit of the sauce on the mushrooms as well.

* Step 4

All the 3 types of vegetables put on a metal grid and insert into oven. Make sure to put another pan under the grid in order not to spoil the oven.

* Step 5

After they become properly softened, take out everything and put into the blender broccoli, marrow, grated carrot, estragon, and sour creme.

* Step 6

Take with a spoon the mass and fill the mushrooms.
