Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fit dough Blade, Add flour and put yeast one side and salt the other (do not allow to touch)

* Step 2

Add Water and Oil - then cover and turn on for 5 mins - I turn off every 1:30 min to allow to cool a little with lid off then again

* Step 3

If adding dried herbs - add now (after first 1:30 mins)

* Step 4

Lightly Flour or Oil a bowl, then put the dough and put in and cover with cling film - Allow to Double in size around 45 min to an hour.

* Step 5

"Knock back" the dough then flour or oil baking tin and put the dough in Cover and leave to prove a 2nd time as you preheat the oven to 200c fan (or 220c)

* Step 6

Once the 2nd prove (double in size and near the top of the tin) Bake for around 25-30 mins - knock on the bottom - if not hollow sound turn the loaf over and put back in over for 5 mins

* Step 7

Allow to cool - eat too quickly can give you stomach ache - Enjoy
