Baked oatmeal cups

Yummy breakfast option that can be made ahead and ready to go on busy mornings or road trips!

Ingredient

5 cups

oatmeal

1 teaspoon

vanilla

1/4 cup

flax seed

2 cups

applesauce

1 tablespoon

cinnamon

3 teaspoon

baking powder

1/2 cup

honey

1 teaspoon

salt

2 3/4 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

* Step 2

Mix eggs, vanilla, applesauce, banana and honey in a bowl.

* Step 3

Mix in oats, flax, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Pour in milk and mix. Fill muffin cups and sprinkle with blueberries (if desired).

* Step 4

Bake for 30 minutes. Eat while warm or let cool completely before refrigerating.
