Cold Potato Salad

Healthy, tasty and quick. Everyone likes it, even babies.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1 hour
1 clove

garlic

2 tablespoons

small cloves

4 tablespoons

olive oil

3 tablespoons

sherry vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Steam your potatoes till soft.

* Step 2

Let cool, then peel and cut into bite sized cubes.

Finely dice the white onion. Add to the potatoes

* Step 4

Mash your garlic clove and add to the potatoes and onions.

* Step 5

Add the green olives and the capers.

* Step 6

Add the olive oil and the vinegar. Season with salt, black and red peppers.

* Step 7

Keep in the fridge covered for several hours. Serve as antipasti or as a side dish.
