Lilhpster's Vegan Seasoned Red Potatoes

red potatoes

1/2 gallon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the water and the potatoes into a pot on a stovetop. Make sure potatoes are fully submerged. If not, add more water.

* Step 2

Turn the burner to high and bring the water to a boil. As the water ifs heating up, add the Mrs. Dash and the onion powder. Give it a stir and cover it until the water comes to a boil.

* Step 3

Uncover the pot and let the potatoes boil for about 20 minutes or until they become completely soft. Stab them with a fork to be sure. Stir and rotate them occasionally.

* Step 4

Once they are soft, pluck them out of the boil with a fork or tongs. Put them on a plate and slice as desired.

* Step 5

Melt the Earth Balance buttery spread over the hot potatoes (one tablespoon per potato).

* Step 6

Sprinkle roasted potato seasoning on each potato (to taste) and enjoy!
