Very rich and chocolaty. Makes a little more than 1 cup. Can be doubled, grilled Etc to fill/cover an entire cake.
Ingredient

1 cup
Confectioners sugar
3 tbsp
Boiling Water
1 tsp
mint extract (optional)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the sugar and water and cook gently until smooth.
* Step 2
Cool, and spread on cake.
* Step 3
For chocolate mint frosting, add the mint extract
