Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat

* Step 2

Add flour until roux begins to thicken

* Step 3

Reduce heat to lowest flame

* Step 4

Add rind and juice

* Step 5

Remove from heat immediately
