This recipe always evokes beautiful memories of mom making his mother's recipe for my dad on special days like his birthday and Father's Day.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat egg whites until almost stiff.
* Step 2
While still beating add sugar, then egg yolks, then beat slowly while adding the matzoh cake meal
* Step 3
Heat an 8 or 9 inch frying pan with shortening.
* Step 4
Frying (batter) very slowly, about 10 minutes then turn and fry about 10 minutes more on a very small light.
* Step 5
Serve with sugar and cinnamon
