Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Saute onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender.

* Step 2

Add salt, oregano, basil, paprika, chili powder, cumin, (corn) and tomatoes.

* Step 3

Simmer until tomatoes are soft.

* Step 4

Stir into rice.
