Beetroot, banana chocolate smoothie 🍌🌰πŸ₯€

Global apron week 16, cook with July ingredients{ Beetroot} beetroot, banana chocolate smoothie is a super delicious drink, it is so easy to make, nutritious, healthy, filling and make this great colourful smoothie for breakfast.

Ingredient

cold milk

11/2 tbsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Note: if desired you can use boiled, steamed, raw beetroot all taste great. If you don't have frozen bananas🍌, I kindly recommend that you can use fresh bananas 🍌 but just add ice cubes to get thick cold consistency. In my recipe, I have used raw beetroot and fresh bananas🍌.

* Step 2

Peel and chop the beetroot into small cubes, peel fresh bananas 🍌 and chop the into small cubes, in a blender jar add fresh bananas 🍌, cubes of beetroot, yogurt, cold milk πŸ₯›.

* Step 3

Add cocoa powder, cardamom powder, sugar, ice cubes and rose water πŸŒΉπŸ’¦, 1/2 tbsp of chai seeds blend till you get a smooth consistency, pour the smoothie πŸ₯€into serving glasses.

* Step 4

Top with sliced almonds 🌰, one or two sliced banana 🍌, tiny cubes of beetroot and sprinkle some chai seeds. Serve and Enjoy
