Spicy masala omelette

A quick, easy, tasty spicy masala omelette that is fluffy and delicious, a flavoured with indian spices, vegetables and cheese, this spicy omelette is deliciously fluffy and perfect for breakfast, you can pair it with regular toasted bread sliced, toasted buns. Course: breakfast, Cuisine: Indian, nutrition value: vitamins A,D,E,K,B1,B2,B5,B6.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl πŸ₯£, break eggs πŸ₯š, add spring onions finely chopped, crushed garlic πŸ§„, finely chopped green chillies, chopped tomato πŸ…, finely chopped basil leaves 🌱, curry powder, garam masala powder, salt πŸ§‚, finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, finely chopped capsicum πŸ«‘, coriander cumin powder, red chilli flakes🌢️ and mix herbs

* Step 2

Mix everything together, using a folk, till well combined, in a pan add oil, spread it over the pan and lightly heat it up for 1 min, pour the egg mixture πŸ₯šin the pan and spread out the veggies evenly if you want to, add mozzarella cheese πŸ§€ on top, before the mix starts getting cooked.

* Step 3

Cover and cook for about 2 mins on medium heat, till the cheese πŸ§€ has melted and the bottom has firmed up a little, then flip the egg mixture πŸ₯š to the other side and, add few drops of oil from sides, cook for another 1 min, till the egg is fully cooked and then turn off the heat, take the omelette off the pan, serve with toasted buns and bread slices 🍞.

* Step 4

For toast bread 🍞: in a bowl πŸ₯£, add butter 🧈/ margarine, black pepper powder mix together, till combined, spread on bread slices 🍞 / buns, cook till golden on low medium heat, add above omelette and serve.
