Masala rose tea πŸŒΉβ˜•

#GoldenApron23#week10, masala rose tea is similar to basic masala chai, it is enrich with spices, saffron strands, dry rose petals and rose water, it is so flavorful, delicious and tasty tea for winter. Enjoy 🌹

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak saffron strands in 2 tbsp hot water πŸ’¦ and set aside. Crush cinnamon stick, cloves, fennel seeds in a mortar pestle and set aside.

* Step 2

Pour the water πŸ’¦into saucepan, when water πŸ’¦ starts to boil, add crushed masala (cinnamon stick, cloves, fennel seeds), boil for 1min, add grated ginger and boil for 1 min. Add dry rose petals 🌹, tea leaves and sugar, stir well and boil for 4 mins, add cardamom powder, stir well, add milk πŸ₯›,add soaked saffron and let it come to a boil. Low the heat and boil for 5 mins.

* Step 3

Finally add rose water πŸŒΉπŸ’¦ and boil for 2 mins, strain the tea into serving cups and serve hot with butter cookies, cinnamon cookies or any cookies of your choice.
