Avocado chuntey & mixed pakora/ fritters πŸ₯‘πŸ§…πŸ₯•πŸ₯”

#GoldenApron23#week7, a crispy, tasty mixed vegetables fritters are quick and delicious, you can customize with your favorite vegetables, this fritters are crispy from outside but as soft interior inside, serve with avocado chuntey or with our favorite chuntey/ sauce.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For fritters:peel and cut / chopped onions πŸ§…, potatoes cubes πŸ₯”, carrots cubes πŸ₯•, broccoli πŸ₯¦ chopped, spinach chopped πŸ₯¬ and add gram flour, rice flour, salt to taste πŸ§‚, green chillies paste, red chillies flakes 🌢️, finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, ginger garlic paste πŸ§„, mixed herbs 🌱, carom seeds, coriander cumin powder, a pinch of asafoetida & sugar and add water in small portion and mix well.

* Step 2

Make a thick flowing batter, heat oil in a wok,when oil becomes hot πŸ”₯, then drop spoonful of the batter in the hot oil, fry fritters on medium high heat.

* Step 3

When one side of fritters are firm up, turn the side and cook other side, cook both sides till golden brown, remove them from oil and place them on kitchen towel to remove extra oil, fry the remaining batter in batches. Serve hot with avocado chuntey πŸ₯‘.

* Step 4

For Avocado chuntey πŸ₯‘: halve the avocado πŸ₯‘, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh, chop roughly, chop finely coriander leaves 🌿, mint leaves 🌱, green chillies and keep aside.

* Step 5

In a blender, place all the ingredients ( avocado πŸ₯‘, chopped coriander leaves 🌿, mint leaves 🌱, Ginger garlic paste πŸ§„, chopped green chillies, black pepper powder, kashmiri chillies powder 🌢️, lemon juice πŸ‹, salt/ pink salt and water πŸ’¦ blend it until smooth and creamy, finally check and adjust salt πŸ§‚and serve with mixed vegetables fritters.
