A delicious, tasty weekends dinner grilled mutton liver, cooked under the stars, and moon light, perfect moment for a family members to enjoy. Course: Dinner, Cuisine: African, Diet: non vegetarian, gluten free, nutrients value: vitamin A,B,iron, selenium.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and wash mutton liver, keep in the strainer, in a bowl πŸ₯£ add ginger garlic paste πŸ§„, green chillies paste, kashmiri chillies powder 🌢️, garam masala powder, coriander cumin powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, lemon juice πŸ‹, oil🌻 and salt πŸ§‚ mix well.

* Step 2

Spread all the masala on the mutton liver and cover it,keep it for 2 hrs. Heat charcoal, wash and clean grilled net, keep net on the charcoal for 4 mins, add marinate mutton liver and grilled slowly.

* Step 3

Add few tsp of oil 🌻 in between, grill and cook until mutton liver is tender and immediately serve hot with Tanzanian' kachumbari' salad πŸ₯—, fried chips and mirinda black currant πŸ‡ soft drink.
