Veg Denver omelette🧅🫑
A classic way to start your day with this western omelette, it's easy, tasty, delicious to make, some of the ingredients are from Indian spice like I have added green chillies & cumin seeds to make more flavorful. Cuisine: indo- American, Course: breakfast, Diet: vegetarian, nutrients value: Vitamin A,B6,C,D, potassium, iron, folate.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Break eggs and add in a bowl 🥣, whisk lightly, add diced onions 🧅, diced red, yellow & green peppers, finely chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, black pepper powder and salt mix well. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Melt butter & oil, pour in the above egg mixture 🥚and let it set for 40 sec, flip and spread grated 🧀 cheese on top and fold it and cook for a min and serve hot.
* Step 3
Note: you can make Denver omelette without 🧀 cheese, if desired, use all the ingredients same, just omit cheese. Even without cheese it is still very tasty, for non- vegetarian, you can add diced ham, saute ham with the butter and add in the cooked egg and fold it and serve.
