African Cassava chilli-garlic ๐Ÿง„sabzi

A simple and quick to make, in Africa cassava is used in many dishes, like baked cassava, cassava flour, cassava chip and etc. Course : side dish, lunch, dinner, Cuisine: indo-African, Diet: vegetarian, gluten free, Nutrients value: vitamin c, zinc,iron.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash cassava and pat dry on kitchen towel, peel and cut into long fingers and keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat butter, add oil, add cumin seeds, when start to crackle, add chopped garlic๐Ÿง„saute till golden, add cassava long fingers and fry them on medium low heat, add kashmiri red chillies powder ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ, coriander & cumin powder, salt ๐Ÿง‚,finely chopped green chillies and mix well, cook on medium low heat until cassava is tender.

* Step 3

Remove from heat, add onions rings ๐Ÿง…, finely chopped coriander leaves ๐ŸŒฟ, lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹ and mix well, serve hot.
