A breakfast, lunch or as a snack, noodles cutlets are delicious and quick to make just in few minutes, noodles are cooked and mixed with fresh vegetables, spices and flour, are then shallow fried or pan fried.Course: breakfast, bunch, lunch, nutrients value: vitamin A,C,E. Diet: vegetarian.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl πŸ₯£ add boiled noodles, finely chopped onions πŸ§…, finely chopped carrots πŸ₯•, finely chopped green capsicum πŸ«‘, finely chopped tomato πŸ…, finely chopped spring onions πŸ§… and finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿,add spices black pepper powder,coriander & cumin powder, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️, finely chopped green chillies, mixed herbs, salt πŸ§‚, corn flour 🌽 and plain flour mix all together and keep aside.

Divide into equal balls, flatten the balls and shape into Patties, heat oil and shallow fry them on medium low flame,until golden brown and serve with yogurt & coconut chutney, tamarind chutney.
