Indo- Tanzania Raw banana koftas๐Ÿ…๐Ÿง…๐Ÿง„๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

Tanzania has many wonderful vegetables and fruits, one of them is raw bananas, they grow all year around, raw bananas have excellent health benefits, for example,improve kidney function, quickly loss weight, control blood sugar and etc my purpose is to make nutrition foods for everyone and stay safe.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil bananas, mash them, and transfer in a bowl, add all ingredients mention in and mix, make balls.

* Step 2

Deep fry them till golden brown on slow flame,keep it separate.

* Step 3

For ground masala: semi - ground them(cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds).

* Step 4

For gravy: heat oil, add semi- ground masala and bay leaf mix, add chopped onion cook till golden.

* Step 5

Add ginger- garlic paste, green chillies paste mix.in a bowl mix all the dry masala (coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, kashmiri red chillies powder and mix)

* Step 6

Add mix dry masala in ginger- garlic paste cook till oil comes out, add little water and mix, add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree mix, cover and cook till oil comes out.

* Step 7

Add 2 cups of water, cover and cook, when gravy becomes semi- thick, add fry koftas in and mix.

* Step 8

Finally add garam masala powder, dry fenugreek leaves and mix, cook for a min and serve hot.

* Step 9

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
