Less spice Peas & potato koftas πŸ₯” with red gravy

This recipe is for those who eat less spice, but all can enjoy this simple recipe.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil potatoes, cool mash peas and potatoes.

* Step 2

Add ginger&garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves,and mix.

* Step 3

Add green chillies paste, gram flour, salt, black pepper powder and mix, add little water for binding, make small balls.

* Step 4

Heat oil, fry the balls, until golden brown, remove and set aside.

* Step 5

For red gravy: heat oil, add onion paste cook until golden, add tomato puree, ginger & garlic paste mix.

* Step 6

Add tomato paste and mix, add kashmiri red chillies powder mix, cook till oil comes out, add salt mix.

* Step 7

Add water, cover and cook until oil comes out, take serving dish and add koftas, pour red gravy on top.

* Step 8

Serve hot, garnish with chopped parsley.

* Step 9

Tip: you can add green chillies paste in red gravy if you like.
