Vegetable soup
I leave you the recipe for vegetable soup with pumpkin, turnip, leek, potato, carrot, beaten egg and another protein ingredient to choose from and add information about a popular fable about vegetable soup, i hope you like it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
We gather the ingredients, peel and chop the vegetables, cook them for 20' with water, EVOO, salt, the chosen spice and chicken broth.
* Step 2
While the above is cooking, we cut the sausages into slices or take the minced meat out of the fridge or cut the bacon into strips or dice the turkey; the ingredient chosen is fried by EVOO, salt and the chosen spice, when it is ready we add it at cooking of vegetables and we wainted.
* Step 3
We beat the eggs and add it to the previous cooking, we stir everything well so that the spun egg remains and we let it cook the remaining time of those 20', we plate the recipe, we decorate it to taste and we serve.
