My Delicious Homemade Pizza Pepperoni ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ•

Being lockdown at level 4, there's no way to order the Pizza Takeaway. So I thought to buy the ready made base Pizza dough from the Supermarket of 30cm in diametre, warm it in the oven for 10'. Remove then put the topping in the oven and when it's cooked, it has crunchy around the edge border (previously before baking, the pizza has to be brushed with the Olive Oil around the edge). There are two topping recipes which I usually made, my husband prefer Pizza with Spicy Pepperoni Salami which base has a special homemade Tomato Sauce!! ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ…Nice to eat Pizza with a glass of a bubble cold drink Sprite or Fanta๐Ÿบ๐Ÿป๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿท

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the Pizza Pepperoni Salami's Topping. Preheat Oven to 220C degrees.

* Step 2

Put the defrost dough flat onto the bench, spread on top with MyHomemade Pizza Sauce!Place the sliced Red onion on top of the Sauce, then put the Pepperoni Salami, then put on top the sliced tomatoes, then on top spread with the grated cheese. Sprinkle with the grated Black Peppercorns if you like. Brush the border edge with Olive Oil, Drizzle on top with the Olive Oil.

* Step 3

Then with a large spatula place the Pizza in the middle rack of the oven. The Pizza is nicely cooked when the edge is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Remove, brush again with the Olive Oil around the edge on the border. On top drizzle with a little Olive Oil.

Remove onto the table. With the roller cutter cut each into 6 pieces. Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ•
