The magical slow cooker, easy peasy to cook on a busy day, good to those whose gum teeth is inflame and can't chew much on the thick beef. The dish has a delicious thick gravy.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the slow cooker on high with 1 tbs water. In a wok heat 2 tbs oil, add onion and stir-fry cook for 1' then add the pork and stir fry until brown on both sides then add the bell peppers and stir fry 1'. Then add the water and the beef bouillon cubes into and stir till dissolved. Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, black pepper, salt, brown sugar, sage and mix then add the cornstarch and mix again until just boil. Remove.

Im a pot put 1 Cup water, then put the vege Broccoli & Cauliflower flowerettes each 3 handfuls, add 1/2 tsp salt, let it boil for 7 minutes to soften. Remove, drain the liquid and transfer the veges into a serving bow. Sprinkle on top with the Balsamic Vinegar and Virgin Olive Oil, toss the veges.

Transfer the meat _ the marinade juice to the slow cooker pot, put the lid on and cook on high for 6 hrs or until the pork are completely tender, turn over on every 2 hours. Taste the season. Turn off. To serve with fluffy hot steam rice or a with bread rolls Bun and cooked veges.๐Ÿ˜
