#mainmeal #mycookbook #newcookschallange Quick and simple lockdown's meal, has full of flavour with spicy Chorizo, Beef Scnitzel and many vegetables. Any noodles are good, here I choose dried Chinese Egg Noodle (or Ramen noodles).

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a wok put 2 tbs oil, fry the Chorizo sausages until well brown then lift them out onto a chopping board, sliced thickly and place them into a plate & to set aside. In a pot fill with water add the noodles, add pinch of salt and cook in boiled water al dente. Drain under a tap of water, set aside. In the same wok heat 2 Tbs oil, add garlic, mushrooms, french beans sliced, leeks, green onions, grated carrots, parsley, 4 Basil leaves,2 fresh red chili and stir-fry 4'. Turn off, transfer.

* Step 2

On the wok heat & boil 1 cups water, then add 1/2 lemon juice, stir,then add the cooked veges, the cooked fried Beef, the cooked noodles, 4 Tbs Kikkoman, Cornstarch mixture to thicken the gravy & mix well together then lastly add the fried sliced Chorizo, 2 tsp Sesame oil and mix to combine all together.Taste the season then remove. Scoop out into individual bowl, decorate with Basil leaves on top bowl.Then scatter on top the chopped peanuts.To serve with Thai Sriracha Hot Chili sauce.๐Ÿ˜™๐Ÿ๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿฅœ
