This is a rich chocolate pudding, a sauce is contained within. Quick and easy to make. 😋😚😄🍰

melted butter
25 ml
milk
1 tsp
vanilla essence

eggs
85 g
Self-Raising flour
25 g
cocoa
120 g
caster sugar
120 g
soft brown sugar
240 ml
water
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mixing the wet ingredients. Whisk the butter, eggs milk & vanilla together
* Step 2
Mixing the batter: place the flour, sugar and cocoa into the mixer and combine slowly. Add in the chocolate and nuts. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
* Step 3
Preheat oven to 180 C
* Step 4
Making the sauce: Place the soft brown sugar, cocoa, vanilla essence and water into a saucepan and heat to a bubble. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour the sauce over the cake batter, then bake for 35 minutes.
* Step 5
To serve: leave to rest for 10 minutes before digging in and serving up. Whip the cream, put a dollop alongside the dessert.
