Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the wok, add 1 cup vege oil to, fry the onion for a few minutes.

* Step 2

Add prawns and cook 2 more minutes.

* Step 3

Next add dried shrimps & cook 2 more minutes (or some folks prefer instead having the pre-fried Terasi/ Anchovy grinded into small pieces)

* Step 4

Add the cooked meat pieces and stir fry for 4 minutes then add the red chillies and garlic and cook for 1 minute then add the cold rice, mix and keep stirring.

* Step 5

Next make a well in the centre & add 3 eggs and sprinkle salt & pepper on top of the eggs, leave the eggs for one minute to settle, then scrambling it and mix with the rice. Stir all well.

* Step 6

Season with salt & black pepper. Next add the 2 Soy sauces and the pre-cooked veges carrots, pak choy & bean sprouts and mix all well.

* Step 7

Sprinkle on top Nasi Goreng with crispy dried onions. Decorate with sliced cucumber, sliced tomato & cracker Kerupuk emping or Crackers. Serve hot.
