Broccoli Creamy Soup
Broccoli soup is a potage which is prepared by adding the boiled and grinded broccoli florets into milk and cream. Addition of butter and garlic providing the soup a unique flavour. This soup is a good source of vitamin A, C and K as well as folate, calcium and phosphorus.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan, add broccoli and water.
* Step 2
Boil the broccoli till it gets soft and all of the water is gone.
* Step 3
Mix fresh milk or fresh cream to it.
* Step 4
Blend the mixture in a mixer.
* Step 6
Add garlic to it, cook it till the light brown color.
* Step 7
Now, add the blended mixture to it.
* Step 8
Warm the mixture and add salt and pepper.
* Step 9
Broccoli creamy soup is ready to serve.
