Grape Jam (made from Grapes full of seeds)
My daughter gave me Grapes that she had been given by someone. Those Grapes were not fresh, skin was thick and tough, each Grape was small and full of seeds. I didn’t want to eat them as it was too hard, but I couldn’t waste them. So, I made them into Jam. If you are in the similar situation, you may wish to try this recipe. You need a colander to remove the seeds.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove Grapes from stem, wash very well, and drain. Weigh the Grapes, so that you would know how much Sugar you need.
* Step 2
Place Grapes and Sugar (and Lemon Juice) in a large saucepan OR pot, squash them to release some juice, then heat over medium low heat. Cook for 10 minutes breaking and squashing the Grapes.
* Step 3
Place a colander over a bowl, pour the mixture into the colander, and remove skin and seeds. *Note: I prefer making Grape Jam with skin, but it would be too hard to remove seeds only. Squeeze to get as much juice as you can.
* Step 4
Return the juice to the saucepan OR pot, and cook until desired consistency is achieved. *Note: You must stop cooking while you think the jam is still too runny. The jam will thicken as it cools.
