‘Yukari’ Cabbage
‘Yukari (ゆかり)’ is a Furikake (Rice Seasoning) made from Red Shiso Leaves. It can be used as a seasoning for a variety of dishes. My family members don’t like its flavour, but I love it and it is very popular in Japan. Just combine Yukari and Vegetable, such as Daikon OR Cucumber, and you can make simple salads. Today I used blanched Cabbage.
