‘Nametake’ Enoki & Kimchi

I often make ‘Nametake’ Enoki, that can be enjoyed with freshly cooked Rice, Noodles and even Pasta. I use it for cooking, too. Today I had a small amount leftover. I happened to have a small amount leftover Kimchi as well. I mixed them together and it was YUMMY!!! You may wish to try it.

2 to 3 Servings

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine ‘Nametake’ Enoki and Kimchi. *Note: Finely chopped Spring Onion, Toasted Sesame Seeds OR a few drops Sesame Oil can be added.

* Step 2

Enjoy with freshly cooked Rice.
