Celery Salad with Sesame Dressing
The Sesame Dressing that I used for this salad is very versatile. It goes so well with many things. I wondered if the celery hater in my family would eat Celery if with this dressing. I don’t know if he enjoyed the salad, but he ate Celery, though he left a few slices on his plate. Red Capsicum is optional, but it adds sweetness to the salad.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Thinly slice Celery Stalks diagonally. Cut Red Capsicum into thin strips. Place them in a mixing bowl.
* Step 2
Add the dressing ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle with some Toasted Sesame Seeds and serve.
