Chilli Butter Corn

Chilli Butter Corn

Butter & Soy Sauce is a great flavour for Corn and it is my favourite. Today I added Toban Djan (Chilli Bean Sauce) to the Butter & Soy Sauce. If you don’t have it, you can add Chilli Flakes OR other Chilli base sauce. Corn’s sweetness goes so well in this flavour.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
2 tablespoons (30 g)

Butter

1/2 tablespoon

Soy Sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add corn and cook 5 minutes, then drain. *Note: Steaming is another good method.

* Step 2

In a large heat-proof bowl, melt Butter in the microwave. Add Soy Sauce, Toban Djan (Chilli Bean Sauce) and Extra Chilli (*optional), and mix well.

* Step 3

Add drained Corn and mix to combine.
